With the tagline ‘Share your photos. Watch the world’, Flickr’s purpose is pretty self-explanatory. Based on a similar concept to deviantART, Flickr allows users to upload their photos, organise into different categories and share with friends, family or anyone they choose. An ‘Explore’ feature on Flickr also allows users to search for any place in the world and find photos taken there, uploaded by users.
